Review Coach (the platform's currently available product) is an educational and productivity tool. The AI-generated summary delivered through the platform is produced by an artificial intelligence model from the contract uploaded. The summary identifies standard contract fields, internal consistency between fields, and pattern-based anomalies. The summary does not opine on the legality, enforceability, or wisdom of any term in the contract. The summary is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship with Residential Review, LLC or with any other party.
Any contract or form produced or analyzed with Review Coach must be reviewed by a licensed attorney before it is delivered to a client or otherwise relied upon in a transaction. Failure to obtain attorney review before client delivery may expose the agent and the brokerage to professional liability that Residential Review does not underwrite.
Review Counsel, a complementary pay-per-matter option for engaging a Texas-licensed attorney directly through the platform, is launching soon. Terms applicable to Review Counsel will be published at launch.
